Terms & Conditions

1. Placing an order

An order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract once we confirm it by phone, WhatsApp or email. We may decline an order if the item is out of stock or the pricing was displayed in error.

2. Pricing

All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown separately before you confirm.

3. Product images

We photograph products ourselves wherever possible. Slight colour variation between screens is normal and is not grounds for a return by itself.

4. Warranty

Manufacturer warranty applies where offered. Warranty claims are handled through the brand's authorised service centre; we assist with the paperwork.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel free of charge any time before the parcel is dispatched. After dispatch, our returns policy applies.

6. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
