If something is not right, we will make it right.

7-day return window

You may return most items within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

How to start a return

1. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a photo of the item.
2. We confirm the return and arrange a pickup, usually within 48 hours.
3. Once the item reaches us and passes inspection, your refund is issued within 5 working days.

Items we cannot accept back

• Innerwear, cosmetics and other hygiene-sensitive products once opened
• Items damaged through misuse
• Products bought under a clearly marked final-sale label

Damaged or wrong item

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we cover the return shipping in full, plus we prioritise your replacement.
